Client : Danavarshini Exports (P) Limited, Tirupur. Danavarshini Exports is a 30 year old leading garment exporter, manufacturing high quality garments for Europe, South America and The United States of America.
Brief of the project : The parabolic trough system of size 50 square meter is used for generating steam. The system supplies 200 kg of high quality dry steam saving 30 liters of diesel everyday.
Payback : 3 year
Savings : The System saves around INR 1950 per day.
Customer Feed back / Remarks : Apart from going green, the system has enabled trouble free automatic operation and achieved a savings of INR 1950 / day. The concentrating solar system is hybridized with diesel burners for non-sunny days.This installation is equivalent to an addition of 2 acres of dense green forest to our country.
